What is the Kawasaki Racer Rewards Prepaid Mastercard®?
The Kawasaki Racer Rewards Prepaid Mastercard® is a prepaid card for eligible Kawasaki Riders who earn Racer Rewards in conjunction with the Kawasaki Racer Rewards Card Program. Click here for the current terms and conditions.

How does the Kawasaki Racer Rewards Prepaid Mastercard® work?
The Kawasaki Racer Rewards Prepaid Mastercard® works just like any other prepaid Mastercard card.  Simply present your card anywhere Mastercard debit cards are accepted.  The only difference is that the dollar amount will be deducted from your Available Balance.

How do I get a Kawasaki Racer Rewards Prepaid Mastercard®?
All Kawasaki Racers are eligible to receive a Kawasaki Racer Rewards Prepaid Mastercard®.  You can enroll online.  After your enrollment has been processed, you will receive two separate emails, one containing your user name, and one containing your password, confirming your enrollment.  You will receive your personalized Kawasaki Racer Rewards Prepaid Mastercard® within 7-10 business days.

What are the eligible races, and how much do I earn for racing in them?
The Kawasaki Racer Rewards Program is updated periodically.  Visit the Schedule and Payout tab on our website often as well as the link posted on the Racer Rewards login page to find out which races are eligible for the Kawasaki Racer Rewards Program and how much you can earn!

How will I receive my Kawasaki Racer Rewards Prepaid Mastercard®?
Your personalized Kawasaki Racer Rewards Prepaid Mastercard® will be mailed from Kawasaki Rewards Headquarters via First Class Mail.

Does my Kawasaki Racer Rewards Prepaid Mastercard® need to be "activated" before I use it for the first time?
Yes.  You can activate your card online by clicking on the "My Card" tab and following the instructions provided.

How many locations accept the Kawasaki Racer Rewards Prepaid Mastercard®?
The Kawasaki Racer Rewards Card is accepted at any authorized Kawasaki dealership, and at millions of other locations worldwide wherever Mastercard debit cards are accepted.

Can I spend more than the balance on my Kawasaki Racer Rewards Prepaid Mastercard®?
No.  You can only spend up to the amount that has been deposited onto your Kawasaki Racer Rewards Prepaid Mastercard® account.  If you try to use your card to make a purchase and you do not have enough funds in your account, your card will be declined.  It is always important to know your available balance.  You can review your Account Balance by clicking on the "My Card" tab or by calling the Customer Service Center toll free at 1-866-535-2544 (8am - 8pm EST, Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays).

When and how can I check my account balance, deposits, and withdrawals to and from my Kawasaki Racer Rewards Prepaid Mastercard®?
You can check your award history by clicking on "My Account".  To view detailed transaction and balance information, you can click on "My Card".  In addition, you may call the Customer Service Center toll-free at 1-866-535-2544 (8am - 8pm EST, Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays).  Transactions will be updated periodically each business day.

How long will it take for approved Kawasaki Racer earnings to be deposited into my Kawasaki Racer Rewards Prepaid Mastercard® account?
The race results are processed by Kawasaki within 48 hours of receipt from the race promoter.

How do I get credit for my races?
Kawasaki Racer Rewards earned will be deposited into participants' accounts daily as approved racing results are received from Kawasaki.

Will my Kawasaki Racer Rewards Prepaid Mastercard® expire?
Yes.  Your Kawasaki Racer Rewards Prepaid Mastercard® expires on the expiration date printed on your card.  As our Kawasaki Racer Rewards Program continues, new cards may be issued.  The money you have in your account will be transferred if you are active and enrolled in the program at the time of expiration.  If you are not enrolled and active in the program at the time of expiration, any remaining funds on your Kawasaki Racer Rewards Prepaid Mastercard® will be fortified.

What happens if my Kawasaki Racer Rewards Prepaid Mastercard® is lost or stolen?
You must report a lost or stolen card immediately by calling the Customer Service Center toll free at 1-866-535-2544 (8am - 8pm EST, Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays).  Your card will be canceled and a new card issued.  You may also block your card online by clicking on "My Card" and then "Block Card".  Please keep your Kawasaki Racer Rewards Card in a safe place at all times.  It should be treated like cash.  (You may be charged a Replacement Card Fee of $5.00.)

If I haven't enrolled yet, but I finished a race and placed in a Kawasaki Racer Rewards Program earning position, what will happen?
Your earnings will not be processed.  You must be enrolled in the Kawasaki Racer Rewards Program prior to receiving your earnings.  Any Racer Rewards earned with standings dated prior to your enrollment date will be denied.  No Racer Rewards will be accepted retroactive to your enrollment date.

I am under 18 years old or considered a minor in my state; will I have a Kawasaki Racer Rewards Prepaid Mastercard® imprinted with my name?
Yes, your name will be imprinted on your card.  Your parent or legal guardian may also elect to have their name printed on the card as well.

Can I get cash from my Kawasaki Racer Rewards Prepaid Mastercard®?
No.  Although this is a Prepaid Card, it cannot be used at ATMs, bank tellers, or other entities for cash.  (Verified Pro Riders are the only exception; they do have ATM access.)

What can you tell me about the Kawasaki Team Green™ Off-Road Racer Rebate Support Program Requirements?
Periodically Kawasaki will announce a Racer Rebate Support Program as an added benefit to the Team Green Dealer Program. Participating dealers are required to submit all applicable documents (Application form with resume, Racer Release and Waiver Form, Dealer Release and Waiver Form, and Parental/Guardian Consent Release and Waiver) to KMC by a specified date. KMC will notify dealer of status on approved applications, and then dealer sells an eligible model to the racer during the program period. Upon fulfilling all program obligations, the applicable Rebate credit will be applied to the Racer through the Kawasaki Racer Rewards Prepaid Mastercard® at KMC’s sole discretion.

Pro Rider Questions

I am a Pro Rider; do I have ATM access?
Yes, only Pro Riders have ATM access on their Kawasaki Racer Rewards Prepaid Mastercard®s.

As a Pro Rider, how do I get a PIN to make ATM transactions?
Your PIN will be mailed to you.

Is there a fee for ATM transactions?
Yes.  The Cash Withdrawal Fee is $2.00 per transaction/$5.00 International ATM Cash Withdrawal Fee per transaction, plus the 3% Foreign Currency Conversion Fee.

Can I be registered as a Pro Rider as well as an Amateur Rider?
No, however you may have both a Pro Rider card and Amateur Rider card if you are upgraded from Amateur Rider to Pro Rider.  Balances cannot be transferred in this instance.

Kawasaki Participants – Under age 18

Can I enroll if I am under the age of 18?
Children under the age of 18 may not participate in online registration for the Kawasaki Racer Rewards Prepaid Mastercard® Program without the consent of a parent or legal guardian through PRIVO®.

Can I enroll without Parental/Legal Guardian Consent?
No.  In order for Kawasaki to process your child's registration and based upon COPPA requirements, it is required that parents register with PRIVO®, a third–party company that is dedicated to keeping kids information safe and private.

How do I register with PRIVO®?
When you are prompted for age verification and you enter a birth date under the age of18, a PRIVO® dialogue box will appear.  If you already have a PRIVO® User ID and Password, you may enter them for verification.  To register with PRIVO®, click on the "click here" to register link.

How will I know that PRIVO® has verified my information?
You will receive an e-mail from PRIVO® with your User Name and Password.

If I have any questions or issues with the registration or maintenance of my PRIVO® Account, who should I contact?
